When scheduling with Roger or Shannon, please select from our upgraded signature menu:

• The Team Precision Haircut — Complete body styling, custom scissoring, and full prep suite.
• The Team Bath & Tidy — Mid-cycle coat preservation, fluff-dry, and precision hygiene/face/paw trimming.
• The Team Bath — Deep cleansing, restorative blowout, and thorough deshedding brush-out (zero scissor work).

Enhancing Your Experience

Tailor your pet’s visit with our targeted wellness add-ons. You may seamlessly select specialized enhancements—such as our teeth brushing upgrade or gland expression upgrade—when reserving your base service.

Guest Reservation Protocols

• Guest Name Profile: When completing your online reservation form, please input your pet’s name in the field designated for "First Name." 
• Service Durations: To maintain our uncompromising standards, duration estimates typically range from 1 to 4 hours depending on coat density, individual temperament, and service complexity. Please note: the time durations displayed within the booking system represent internal stylist allocation windows rather than total salon stay length. 
• Bespoke Accommodations: Should your pet require tailored accommodations or if you have specific inquiries, please contact our concierge team via phone, text, or email. We are delighted to assist.
• Arrival Safety Standard: For the safety and peace of mind of all guests, please ensure your pet arrives on a securely fitted harness or lead prior to exiting your vehicle and entering the studio.
